Brigadier ( Retd ) Dr. Kapil Mohan V.S.M has created 8th wonder in the World. He has created Shakti Sthal after spending more than million U.S Dollars. He Says "It is my gratitude to Lord Brahma and people of Himachal Pradesh."
Shakti Sthal is also one of the name of Laxmi, Parwati, Durga, Saraswati or Kaali Maa. It is power of nature. She is associated with Brahma, Visnu and Mahesh.
